I've heard, but I'm not quite right .. The SIM card (not cellular) is reduced to minutes and unlimited everything .. if tru how do u get it?

I think not. Often heard, even if they have been tested.
This is not true. SIM card can not be hacked. Once a SIM number is an account that can not be placed in another phone without physically used on mobile phones that are mapped.
