How do I setup my wireless router with my cable modem? - wireless cable cords

We recently that DSL and cable Internet with ADSL wireless router changed, that we worked very well and we were able to use your laptop to a wireless adapter and a wireless adapter for online play video games on PS2. Anyway, it is a D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G Router 2.4 GHz wireless broadband. He hit two Ethernet cables, one with the computer to the router, a router with the modem. The lights flashed as she should get a connection, but they were, and I could not access the Internet. We bought this router for 5 years or less but works well, even though we only have DSL. Please help me. "I phoned D-Link and I will call someone and pay to have done it. He thought it was a task too easy, perhaps not only see a few numbers on the computer. I'm here. When changing the ADSL router via cable, you may need for an amendment to the Protocol ADSL, PPPoE, Cable Protocol, the most likely dynamic or static IP.

Log in to your router, using 192.168.0.1 in the browser window. If you are in the setup page of the router's WAN section and select the Dynamic IP selection and click Apply.

The router should reboot and be connected to the Internet.

Here is connected as my Linksys. Internet cable input is connected to the Internet slot on the back of the cable modem router connected to cable from other races, the # 1 slot on the back of the router to your PC.
You can also try (if not already done so) by simply pulling the cable modem and wait one minute before reconnecting, I'm no expert, but I'm not sure if your router to the Internet via cable, You may need a Wireless-G Broadband Router.
